In this video, I walk you through the steps to unlock locked games on your PS4. First, the padlock symbol only appears on downloaded games. So the game is locked if your PS4 cannot verify that you are the owner of the game and have the license. So ensure that you are connected to the internet so that verification can be made. Another way is to ensure that the user account you're on is set as the Primary PS4. Another method is to restore licenses. To do this go to Settings, Account Management, and click on Restore Licenses. The last method is to view the status of the Playstation Network Services. To do this, go to Settings, Network, and then View Status of PNS.
