The CMA updated their Microsoft Activision deal concerns about the console market and the possibility of a Call of Duty exclusive to Xbox future are much less of an issue than they thought. The Microsoft deal is looking good but PlayStation and Jim Ryan are still complaining about issues that have been dismissed by the UK CMA.
