The Best Arguments AGAINST the Microsoft Activision Deal

Since it was announced that Xbox Bought Activision Blizzard for $68.7 Billion Dollars and that those games will be coming to Xbox Game Pass may have been upset. I've been looking for compelling reasons Xbox should not buy Activision and I compiled a few of them here. The biggest Xbox news today, or really any other news Xbox has ever announced, this deal will have an impact on the entire industry. The news that Xbox buys Activision for $68.7 billion has shocked everyone in the industry. Is Call of Duty Xbox exclusive? No. But as Phil Spencer takes over and Bobby Kotick seems to be out a lot is left lingering about how Microsoft will proceed.
