Xbox Activision Deal Questioned by UK - A Lawyers Reaction

The Xbox Activision deal continues making the rounds online with Phil Spencer responding to a recent UK inquiry confirming that yes Call of Duty Game Pass games will be a reality in the future. In addition to the Xbox Game Pass Activision confirmation for Call of Duty, Overwatch, and other games, the question remains, when will Activision deal close? This most recent hitch in the Microsoft buys Activision Blizzard plans will likely put them into phase 2 in the UK.
