Among the listed duties performed by Kent, it is mentioned that he performed and developed Test cases for Smoke Testing, Animation and Flighting Testing for Fable.
For the uninitiated, “Flight test” or “flighting” refers to the practice of distributing early or pre-release builds of a game to a select number of testers or players. Before the game is officially released, flighting tests are conducted primarily to gather feedback, find bugs, and enhance the overall gaming experience. This aids developers in fixing any problems, balancing gameplay, and making improvements based on actual user feedback.”

“Xbox Boss Says Hi-Fi Rush Was a Big Success in Every Way. One of the main faces of Microsoft's Xbox gaming brand has said that this year's recent release of Hi-Fi Rush was a massive success for the publisher. Within the past day, new rumors sprang up that claimed Xbox was disappointed in the performance of Hi-Fi Rush following its shadow-dropped arrival in January. In the wake of this rumor making the rounds, though, one Xbox executive opted to dispel this speculation in a pretty blatant manner. In a statement shared on social media, Xbox VP Aaron Greenberg said plainly that Hi-Fi Rush was a big hit for the company in every regard. Although Greenberg didn't provide statistics of any sort, he claimed that Hi-Fi Rush was a "break out" release for Xbox in "all key measurements." Twitter's recent API changes appear to have caused Microsoft to disable Xbox screenshot and clip sharing on console and via the Game Bar on Windows. Fortunately, the ability to upload to Twitter via the Xbox app is still working.
Xbox's Twitter account has been responding to users who are Tweeting about their problems with trying to upload screenshots to the social media platform, including @ShadowBoy662 who wasn't able to share Minecraft content.

“UK blocks Microsoft takeover of Activision Blizzard. The UK antitrust regulator has blocked Microsoft’s $69 billion purchase of Activision Blizzard, thwarting one of the tech industry’s biggest deals over concerns it will stifle competition in cloud gaming.
The Competition and Markets Authority said in a statement Wednesday that it was worried the deal would lead to “reduced innovation and less choice for UK gamers over the years to come.”
