Microsoft Says FTC Lawsuit Violates the U.S. Constitution

Today Microsoft had the opportunity to reply to the FTC lawsuit that blocks the Activision Blizzard purchase for $69 billion dollars. While the FTC sues Microsoft over the Activision Blizzard Microsoft merger, today's update is huge Xbox news today because of the epic reply from Microsoft to the FTC. The FTC Microsoft case seems to not have a lot going for it and this Microsoft FTC response actually asks that the case be thrown out entirely. The big Xbox news today is all about the FTC Microsoft case and how the Activision Blizzard lawsuit from the FTC seems to be unconstitutional according to Microsoft.
