Does This Mean Xbox Exclusives are Over?

During the most recent earning call Microsoft said that they are redefining what it means to be an Xbox fan and that rubbed people the wrong way. This Xbox news today seems to indicate to some that Xbox could be brining everything to other platforms. Like PlayStation.
